Job Title: Health and Social Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to drive standards within the health & social care sector through education.

About the Role:
  • Conduct progressive visits with learners to support, motivate, and encourage them to achieve their qualification.
  • Deliver effective teaching and learning sessions in line with curriculum approach.
  • Ensure timely submission and assessment of learner evidence.
  • Carry out observations of learner practice in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Current experience in adult/elderly health & social care sector, including Dementia and Learning Disabilities.
  • Health and social care qualification at Level 3 or Level 5.
  • Assessor qualification and experience in work-based learning settings.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.

  • Salary: £32,500 - £37,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
