Quality Assurance Specialist for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our Health and Social Care Apprenticeships and supporting the growth and development of our learners.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with trainers and assessors to develop and implement quality assurance strategies, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the Health and Social Care sector
- Proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will also have the chance to work with a specialist provider of Apprenticeships with over 25 years of experience.
