Job Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building a pipeline of opportunities worth around £100m for the following calendar year, specifically within the UKI Industrial and Commercial sector for CBS products and services.


This field-based role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve annual revenue targets of approximately £10m-£20m.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue and market share.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the energy services market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset.
