Elderly Care Services Manager

As an Elderly Care Services Manager at Appoint Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading our team in Swansea to deliver high-quality care services. We offer a competitive benefits package, opportunities for progression and development, and investment in our homes and staff.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the delivery of high-quality care across all of our homes.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Recruit, train, and develop a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Care Inspectorate (CI).
- Maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing home, making necessary changes and improvements.
- Experience in managing a care home, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- NMC pin preferred (Nurse/RGN/RMN)
- Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Financial acumen.
- Qualification in health & social care
The salary for this role is up to £56,500 per annum (negotiable), depending on experience.
