The Appoint Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elderly Care Service Manager to join our dynamic team near Swansea. As an award-winning care provider, we aim to ensure all of our employers feel empowered and passionate about their work.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings. You will be responsible for providing strong leadership and management to the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are always maintained. Your expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control will be essential in managing the financial aspects of the nursing home.
We offer a competitive salary of £56,500 per annum, depending on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
