Credit and Retention Manager

About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Credit and Retention Manager to join our Consumer team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in understanding the drivers of customer churn across the customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with other members of the Talkmobile team and external suppliers to implement changes, including credit reference agencies, fraud teams, CVM, and call centres.
Key Responsibilities- Forensically understand performance and implement improvements with channels
- Develop accurate business cases to stack rank commercial opportunities
- Prioritize churn activity to drive the biggest improvements
- Manage external vendors and internal virtual teams
- Translate data into operational action plans
We're looking for someone with extensive commercial experience, preferably in mobile telecoms or Home Broadband. Experience with ID & credit checking processes is essential. You'll also need to be an extremely competent relationship builder, able to influence senior management. SQL skills are an advantage.
