Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at BAO London. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service and quality
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service
  • Proactively drive business growth through effective management and leadership
  • Manage staff costs and rotas to optimize efficiency
  • Implement and maintain effective systems, processes, and controls
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-quality restaurant
  • Warm, personable, and professional nature
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity
  • Passion for food and beverage and the London restaurant scene
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams
  • Working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety requirements
