To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial Home Treatment Team Crisis resolution Practitioner experience">
  • Working knowledge of crisis assessment and intervention">
  • Comprehensive risk assessment skillset">
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team">
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and supervision skills">
  • Sound knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and other mental health legislation

Additionally, you should be able to work flexibly and independently in pressured clinical environments, demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the principles and knowledge base underpinning crisis assessment and intervention.
