Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Care Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a young client with complex health needs in their own home. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of children and adults with complex health needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for the individual.

The salary for this position is approximately £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience.
