We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a therapeutic-focused primary school unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and be able to provide tailored 1-1 and small-group support to meet each child's unique requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in implementing therapeutic and sensory learning approaches, working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and encouraging learning environment. You will also encourage students' social, emotional, and academic development through structured and engaging activities, and support students in managing their emotions and behaviors.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
