At Change Grow Live, we are seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team in delivering high-quality support services to individuals and families. As an Adult and Children's Counsellor, you will provide confidential counselling sessions within the principles and boundaries of confidentiality.

We require a BACP registered or accredited counsellor (to a minimum of level 4) or a second-year counselling student on a level 4 (or above) diploma. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children and adults, providing time-limited frameworks and receiving regular clinical supervision.

The salary for this role is estimated at £28,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards. In addition to your salary, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering effective counselling services to adults and children
  • Working within a time-limited framework to achieve desired outcomes
  • Receiving regular clinical supervision to ensure best practice
  • Following organisational policies and procedures

Please note that applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this role. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level is also required.
