About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Primary Teaching Assistant and Family Support Worker. You will be responsible for providing classroom support, building positive relationships with families, and supporting the emotional wellbeing of children and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support, assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and supporting individual students or small groups with learning activities.
- Build positive relationships with families, offering guidance and support to enhance home-school connections and providing a safe space for discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
- A caring, empathetic approach to working with children and families.
