Trust Administration Specialist

About the Role:
The IPS Group Careers is seeking a skilled Trust Manager to join our team in a hybrid / remote role. As a Trust Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of various types of trusts, including those for large family groups. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing annual trust accounts, trust tax returns, and arranging tax payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of trust documents, information, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual trust accounts and submit them to HMRC.
- Complete and submit annual tax returns and arrange tax payments.
- Maintain accurate records of trust documents, information, and transactions.
- Liaise with trustees and beneficiaries as required.
- Communicate with Partners and fee earners about relevant trusts.
- Arrange trust distributions and work with fee earners to draft required documents.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in trust administration, including preparing annual trust accounts and trust tax returns. You will also need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a hybrid / remote environment.
