We are a leading system integrator of Passive and Active safety systems, innovators focused on working with Blue Chip clients to identify areas where MHE and people may interface and explore how this can be best managed or avoided using our solutions.

We operate across the UK and Ireland with ambitions to stretch into Europe, delivering superb customer experience to our clients, including Internal 3rd party logistics, distribution, and manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, heavy industries, food FMCG sectors.

Job Description

This role is a new business development position within the WSS sales team, requiring excellent networking, relationship building skills, and credibility at multiple levels within our client organisations.

You will need to build, manage, and close a substantial project pipeline, managing stakeholders through the process, and have appropriate experience demonstrating a consultative approach within the HSE market, evidencing how you have identified issues and worked collaboratively to resolve these selling solutions.

The role will cover the Midlands and above, be remotely based with regular interaction and face-to-face meetings with the team in Portsmouth, generating opportunities from the start and, with support, managing these through to a successful conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire new business sales cycle from inception to closure: prospecting, discovery, inbound & outbound leads, proposal & quotation, and close of sale
  • Be an ambassador for our technologies; Build strong, long-lasting relationships with the market, demonstrating and presenting how our products and services will impact their businesses
  • Run product demos, virtual presentations, site surveys, negotiate deals and support in the creation of business proposals
Requirements

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment is a plus
Working Arrangements

Remote based – Northern (Derby only an example) and regular visit to the main office (Portsmouth)
