Infrastructure Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to lead our highway construction projects.

This role involves developing and implementing infrastructure development strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of highway construction projects.

About the Job
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver highway construction projects.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact the project.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Address and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth operations and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in highway construction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Estimated Salary: £92,500 + package
