Infrastructure Manager

As a seasoned Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the management of ongoing site projects, including capital investment initiatives, and lead teams to achieve project goals.
You will plan and organize governance processes for all site projects, lead projects spanning infrastructure, machinery installations, and fabrication work, coordinate with third-party contractors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Key skills required for this role include experience in applying structured project management methodologies on large-scale projects, strong organizational and planning skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across different departments.
In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary, estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including up to 35 days' annual leave, company pension scheme, death in service benefit, and exclusive employee discounts.
