We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Document Controller to join our A66 project team at Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited. This role involves overseeing the management and control of digital and physical project documentation to ensure accurate and timely filing, updating, and archiving of all relevant documents.

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and controlling the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure the secure storage and exchange of project information. You will also implement document naming conventions, numbering systems, and version control to ensure consistency and accuracy across all project records.

The successful candidate will have experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) and document control software, as well as the ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation across multiple projects. Additionally, they will have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving information management challenges.
