Key Responsibilities- Support with the scheduling of statutory inspections, examinations, calibrations, and service events for all Plant & Vehicles
- Ensure that "best cost solutions" are adopted for the provision of all maintenance events
- Contact customers to arrange and book compliance and service events, including MOTs
- Process defect reports following a scheduled event and arrange remedial repairs as required
- Process recharges in accordance with SLAs
- Book external repairers and raise/processing POs for your nominated contracts
- Support the breakdown team during busy periods
- Experience in a similar role within the plant and fleet sector
- Strong commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
- Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Able to use a number of internal systems, so you have good IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Fleet Maintenance related software would be an advantage, however training will be provided
