Key Responsibilities
  • Support with the scheduling of statutory inspections, examinations, calibrations, and service events for all Plant & Vehicles
  • Ensure that "best cost solutions" are adopted for the provision of all maintenance events
  • Contact customers to arrange and book compliance and service events, including MOTs
  • Process defect reports following a scheduled event and arrange remedial repairs as required
  • Process recharges in accordance with SLAs
  • Book external repairers and raise/processing POs for your nominated contracts
  • Support the breakdown team during busy periods
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in a similar role within the plant and fleet sector
  • Strong commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
  • Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Able to use a number of internal systems, so you have good IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fleet Maintenance related software would be an advantage, however training will be provided
