The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our UK sites, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for employees and guests. As a key member of our CREWS team, you will be responsible for managing building operations, maintenance, security, dining services, office services, and health and safety compliance.

Your Impact

  • Develop and maintain sites, including building and capital expenditure projects.
  • Respond to employee concerns and maintain a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests in general.
  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing cost and vendor strategies.
  • Oversee the management of the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services, housekeeping, and security.
  • Maintain relationships with property management liaisons and plan and communicate major building services/projects.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the CREWS teams, communicating performance goals and priorities.
  • Be responsible for financial budgets, leveraging forecasting tools.
  • Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) perform at optimal levels, observing statutory and regulatory law.
  • Maintain statutory records, certificates, and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion.

  • Develop a working knowledge of all areas of the organisation and the ability to develop a clear understanding of our important functional processes and resources.
  • Have experience of working in a matrixed organisation.
  • Develop teams of employees and strategic outsource vendors.
  • Accomplished in leading change within dynamic work environments.
  • Experience leading building operations and services.
  • Build strategies aligned to business and site projects.
