Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the CREWS responsibilities, including building operations and maintenance, security, dining services, office services, and health and safety compliance, for our UK team.

Your Impact- Develop and maintain sites, including building and capital expenditure projects.
- Be responsive to employee concerns and responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests in general.
- Deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing cost and vendor strategies.
- Oversee the management of the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services, housekeeping, and Security.
- Maintain relationships with property management liaisons. Plan and communicate major building services/projects.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the CREWS teams, communicate performance goals and priorities.
- Be responsible for financial budgets leveraging forecasting tools.
- Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) perform at optimal levels, observing statutory and regulatory law.
- Maintain statutory records, certificates, and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion.
- Demonstrate customer service, focus on safety, responsiveness, verbal, and written communications.
- Develop working knowledge of all areas of the organisation and the ability to develop a clear understanding of our important functional processes and resources.
- Have experience of working in a matrixed organisation.
- Develop teams of employees and strategic outsource vendors.
- Be accomplished in leading change within dynamic work environments.
- Experience leading building operations and services.
- Build strategies aligned to business and site projects.
