Lead the Way in Manufacturing Excellence

As a key member of our Jaguar Land Rover team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in introducing new facilities, materials, and equipment into our Paint shop at Halewood, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Paint Manufacturing Engineering team, driving project delivery and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and review project specifications and facility layouts, leveraging your knowledge of Paint shop processes and associated facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of capital expenditure projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of capital expenditure and project tracking, ensuring compliance with JLR policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in Paint shop processes and associated facilities.
  • Knowledge of current Paint installation projects, Pre-treatment & E/Coat refurbishment, cavity wax, new vehicle works, and sealing operations.
  • Strong understanding of HSE & Construction Design Management regulations (CDM) and ability to work within JLR's guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
