The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our UK sites, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for employees and guests. As a key member of our CREWS team, you will be responsible for managing building operations, maintenance, security, dining services, office services, and health and safety compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sites, including building and capital expenditure projects
  • Ensure a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests in general
  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing cost and vendor strategies
  • Oversee the management of the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services, housekeeping, and Security
  • Maintain relationships with property management liaisons and plan and communicate major building services/projects
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the CREWS teams, communicating performance goals and priorities
  • Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) perform at optimal levels, observing statutory and regulatory law
  • Maintain statutory records, certificates, and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion
