Executive Assistant Manager Opportunity

HAIL Partners is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant Manager to lead our administrative team and manage the day-to-day operations of our London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
  • Coordinate with HR and IT on new hires, onboarding, and building security
  • Oversee all vendors for the office, including contracts, renewals, and suppliers
  • Support hiring efforts for the administrative team
  • Serve as the first point of contact for building management, including facilities and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing Executive Assistants and administrative tasks
  • Experience in training staff, reviews, and succession planning
  • Background in building management, operations, or facilities management
  • High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust with colleagues and business leaders
