About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a TOP Provider Network Manager, responsible for managing host nation providers in their portfolio, coordinating internal processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration within the TOP Provider Network.

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies for own portfolio based on regional/country strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Program Team, Quality Teams, and Medical Services and Operations Teams to adjust the Provider Network composition and portfolio.
  • Manage key processes in the collection and maintenance of provider-related data.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing host nation providers in your portfolio.
  • Establishing engagement strategies for own portfolio.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration within the TOP Provider Network.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience.
  • A clean driving license and access to a car.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare and healthcare provider management is a plus.
