About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic People and Culture Lead to join our team at Handle Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our people strategy, driving business growth through talent acquisition and management, and fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of talent acquisition and management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth through people-related initiatives
  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Develop and manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and the management team
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support people-related initiatives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and the management team
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Experience with HR systems, tools, and technologies, including recruitment software and HR information systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
