Career Development Manager

This is a leadership position supporting the Head of Enrolled School. The role requires national travel between Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the Transition Out of School Programme.
  • Leading teaching staff in career education and guidance, transitioning out of school, and developing independence for students.

This role collaborates with middle leaders across 13 provisions nationwide to ensure consistency in service delivery.

About the Role

The Career Development Manager will lead the development and delivery of the Transition Out of School Programme. This programme focuses on career education and guidance, transitioning out of school, and developing independence for students.
