About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team in Nottingham. As an Education Support Specialist, you will work with pupils from diverse backgrounds, helping them to re-engage with education and prepare them for reintroduction to mainstream school.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing learning support to pupils in an alternative provision setting
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth
Requirements

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
