Scheduler & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Coordinator with excellent organisational skills to join our team as a Scheduler & Operations Coordinator.

This role offers a flexible working model, with the requirement to come into the London office one day per week for team meetings, and collaborating with the team. The rest of the week you can work from home.

As a Scheduler & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the coordination, administration, and scheduling for a team of 5 engineers. This includes ensuring all documents and paperwork are received, managing client relationships, booking new jobs in to meet deadlines, diary management for the engineers, reporting figures, monitoring emails, and taking office calls.

Other responsibilities will include general office admin such as dealing with queries, updating company forms, ordering office supplies and work wear, supporting the senior management team with ad-hoc projects, and arranging meetings.

This role requires a highly detail-oriented and well-organised individual, who thrives in managing documents and maintaining order. A passion for ensuring everything is in its proper place is essential for the smooth and efficient running of operations. Building a rapport with the engineers is also a key part of the role, a great problem solver, with the ability to push back when required.

Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and internal company systems is essential, with an excellent telephone manner and key eye for detail.

Scheduling or planning experience would be advantageous but not essential.
