Placement Coordinator Opportunity

St George's, University of London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to support Allied Health students in their clinical placement schedules and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee placement allocation and availability for students across various allied health programmes
  • Act as the main contact for placement-related queries from students, staff, and external partners
  • Maintain accurate databases and schedules related to placements
  • Support placement software systems and training for users
  • Coordinate placement agreements and quality audits

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably placement related in higher education or healthcare
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a dedicated individual to support healthcare students on their journey to becoming Allied Health professionals.
