We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Placement Administrator to join our team at The Royal Free Hospital campus in Hampstead. As a key member of our site-based team, you will be responsible for organizing and timetabling clinical placements and associated assessments for undergraduate medical students.
Working closely with the Placements Coordinator, you will take direct responsibility for placements in one or more modules, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with students, staff, and external partners. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing a high-quality and timely service to support medical education and student experience.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and timetabling clinical placements and associated assessments for undergraduate medical students
- Work closely with the Placements Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination and communication with students, staff, and external partners
