Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets

    • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Manage Store Operations

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Relevant experience as an Optical Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
