Workplace Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Coordinator to join our team at May & Stephens City Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Front of House: Provide excellent customer service, greet clients and visitors, and ensure a positive first impression of our company.
- Hospitality & Events: Coordinate meeting room setup, catering, and events, and manage the office snack cart.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, manage the office rota, and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
- Security: Manage access control, monitor security systems, and ensure the office is secure and safe.
- Health & Safety: Conduct regular fire alarm tests, complete health and safety audits, and ensure the office is compliant with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and possess a problem-solving approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels of staff.
- Able to demonstrate experience in a front of house or client services role.
