Job Overview

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.
  3. Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
  5. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  7. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
