Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mental health nurse to provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs. Responsibilities and Duties

Your main duties will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, providing emotional support and guidance, and promoting independence and self-esteem. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a relevant nursing qualification, such as a degree in mental health nursing or a related field. You should also have significant post-qualification experience in mental health care, preferably in a hospital or community setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
