About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Team Leader to join our team at Yü Energy. As a key member of our debt recovery team, you will play a crucial role in inspiring high-performing teams to support business energy customers in financial difficulty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a growth-mindset environment that encourages achievement and development for both the team and individuals.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams in accordance with company values and procedures.
  • Provide leadership by identifying team goals and evaluating progress.
  • Ensure internal and external business relationships are developed and maintained.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated queries and complaints.
  • Represent Yü Energy values and habits at all times.
  • Coordinate activities and information between departments in a collaborative manner.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as determined by management.
Requirements
  • Effective decision-making skills to direct the team and workload.
  • Experience in a supervisory role managing a diverse team and in the debt team/energy industry (desirable).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who wants a career opportunity.
  • Naturally curious with immaculate attention to detail and high computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A strong team player who can adapt as the role and business develops.
