About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Team Leader to join our team at Yü Energy. As a key member of our debt recovery team, you will be responsible for leading a team of debt collectors and ensuring that our commercial customers are supported in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of debt collectors to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and debt recovery.
  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies to minimize customer arrears.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a debt recovery or collections role, with a strong understanding of the energy industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
