### Job Title: Debt Team Leader

#### About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Team Leader to join our team at Yü Energy. As a Debt Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of debt collectors to ensure that our business energy customers are supported in a timely and professional manner.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Foster a culture of achievement and development within the team
* Motivate and coach high-performing teams to meet and exceed targets
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Investigate and resolve escalated queries and complaints

* Proven experience in a supervisory role, managing a diverse team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent decision-making skills and ability to lead by example
