Debt Team Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Team Leader to join our team at Yü Energy. As a key member of our debt recovery team, you will be responsible for leading a team of debt collectors and ensuring that our customers are supported in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a culture of excellence and high performance within the team, driving results-oriented behavior and a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent customers from falling into arrears, and to resolve existing debt issues in a timely and sustainable manner.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a strong track record of success in debt recovery or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
