About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ingeus. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our staff, participants, and managers with a range of general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration Support
    • Maintain stationery supplies and manage participant payments, vouchers, and BACS transactions.
    • Set up suppliers and manage general office petty cash procedures.
    • Manage all forms and supporting evidence for participant payments.
    • Process participant and contractual paperwork.
    • Maintain and improve robust admin systems and procedures.
    • Perform general day-to-day office maintenance, including post, booking of interpreters/taxis, and issuing and processing paperwork.
  • Team Support
    • Support the collation of performance data against key performance indicators, compliance, and quality standards.
    • Track and monitor audit compliance documentation and provide a weekly progress report.
    • Provide feedback to Employment Key Workers on quality and completion of participant paperwork.
    • Monitor participant feedback and collate 'Good News Stories.'
    • Monitor workshops and analyze customer feedback.
