Connect Appointments is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. Our client is a leading end-of-life care charity providing expert hospice care and support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Provide administrative support to the team, including taking notes and minutes at meetings
* Receive calls from clients and provide excellent customer service
* Draft emails and book appointments
* Utilize Microsoft Office to perform administrative tasks

Requirements
------------

* Previous administrative experience in an office environment, ideally in the NHS
* Excellent IT skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
* Good organizational skills and telephone manner

What to Expect
---------------

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
* £11.44 per hour
