About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive global Workday support across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess requirements, perform impact assessments, design and build technical solutions to fulfill business requirements and promote the best possible user experience in Workday.
  • Support the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of Workday.
  • Work with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation, and support of allocated HR projects & changes.
  • Work with the HR Team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes.
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance of the HR foundation and organization structure in Workday.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems.
  • Support on Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases.
  • Support on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems.
  • Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's.
  • Support training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, where you would have gained solid experience using Workday from a configuration perspective (e.g., workflow setups, approval processes, data validation, integrations, testing & validation, user training & documentation, etc).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (employees, management, HR Leaders, and Heads Of).
  • Experience of facilitating training on Workday would also be advantageous.
