Job Description

Mental Health Practitioner Role

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic 24/7 service, providing timely mental health assessments and interventions for service users. Key responsibilities include:

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.
  • Communication: Provide timely communication of risk management strategies to other professionals and agencies.
  • Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality care, supporting service users with diverse and unpredictable mental health needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care.

Position Details

  • Location: Lancaster, North Lancashire
  • Work Pattern: Shifts covering a 24/7 service (full-time or part-time available)
  • Contract Duration: ASAP – Ongoing
