Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice in our early years provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of young children.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be enrolled onto our Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship programme, which will provide them with the skills and knowledge required to support our teachers in delivering high-quality education to every child.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Interventions: Deliver targeted interventions to students who require additional support, including those with SEND needs.
  • Assisting Teachers: Assist our experienced teaching staff in providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our students.
  • Developing Independent Learning Skills: Help students develop their independent learning skills, including basic maths and literacy skills.

Requirements:

  • A level 2 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • An understanding of pupil learning needs, including SEND.
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to support early years within a school setting.

Contract Details:

This is a fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship, approximately 18-21 months. The start date is ASAP.

Salary Information:$£17,792 - £23,656 per annum
