Taught Assistant Role for Early Years Education

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of EYFS Teaching Assistant Apprentice at Getting In Limited.

Annual Salary: £29,500

About the Role:
  • You will play a vital role in supporting students with SEND requirements, helping them access educational opportunities and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Assist students in developing essential life skills, such as independent learning and self-management.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall teaching quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  2. Contribute to the creation of tailored teaching resources that meet the unique needs of each student.
  3. Supervise students during out-of-classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  4. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and achievements.
