Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and caring teaching associate to join our team in Barnsley. As a teaching associate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs, working closely with teachers to deliver personalized learning experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic school community where you will be responsible for providing support and scaffolding for students in the classroom. You will work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement effective strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Requirements
  • Level 2 qualification in education or a related field.
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C or above.
  • An enhanced Child Barred List DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £85 per day.
  • A full-time position with term-time only hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
