Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to drive financial performance
  • Preparation and monitoring of monthly budget monitoring reports to ensure financial accuracy
  • Providing financial advice and producing financial and management reports to support business decisions
  • Completion of grant claims and statistical returns to meet regulatory requirements
  • Offering financial advice and support, as well as owning ad-hoc projects to drive business growth
  • Authorizing reports for financial implications to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Opportunity to take ownership of the revenue accounting aspects of the finance team
Requirements

Prior experience of Housing Revenue, ideally gained in a local government or housing provider organization

Fully CCAB qualified, or qualified by experience with housing revenue experience

Ability to build internal relationships with non-finance staff and leadership teams
