Job Description

Designer Contracts, the UK's largest flooring contractor, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join their team based in Norwich.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive individual who can bring in new customers and grow existing ones across various market sectors, including new build, rental properties, social housing, healthcare, care homes, education, hospitality, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries
  • Participate in planning, pricing, and quotations
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • A full and current UK driving licence
  • A DBS check upon a successful application
  • Will be required to gain a current CSCS card and undertake Asbestos Awareness training
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Experience of the flooring industry or the new build sector is advantageous but not essential
