Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Providing financial advice and support to drive business growth
  • Analysing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  • Developing and managing financial systems and policies
  • Training and supervising a team of Finance Assistants
Requirements and Qualifications

A successful candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and practices
  • In-depth experience in risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and finance software
  • An analytical mind with strategic capabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation and Benefits
