Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning Disability / Children's / School / Mental Health Nurse to work in Milton Keynes on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of residency in the UK and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

The salary for this permanent Nursing position is £30,728 - £36,419 per annum, offering a competitive compensation package.

Job Requirements:

You will be responsible for managing a personal caseload of patients diagnosed with Learning Disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), conducting comprehensive initial assessments, developing and implementing appropriate care plans, and ensuring timely follow-up procedures.

Additional responsibilities include participating in processes and protocols aimed at supporting patients at risk of self-harm or suicide, engaging in regular supervision sessions with your line manager, and delivering training and advice to staff on best practices for caring for patients with Learning Disabilities.
