Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to work with children and young people in educational settings, providing evidence-based interventions for mild to moderate mental health issues.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children and young people who have social, emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties, as well as the ability to deliver low-intensity therapeutic interventions.

About the Role

This position involves working within educational settings to increase mental health awareness among staff and provide training and consultation on mental health in children and young people.

The post holder will be responsible for assessing children and young people, delivering evidence-based interventions, and supporting schools in identifying specific areas of need as part of a whole-school approach to mental health.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to travel, and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous relocation package (subject to eligibility assessment) and flexible working options.
